Nicholas Neibauer, originally from Northern Iowa, is a singer-songwriter residing in Des Moines, Iowa. With a wide range of genres ranging from emotionally charged folk songs to upbeat in your face blues-Rock he is sure to keep you guessing on what's next. Like most singer-songwriters, Nicholas writes some of his songs through personal feelings, experiences and relationships but also likes to stray away from the personal side of music and writes songs to help support people who may not have the ability to voice their own struggles and triumphs. The song "It's Not Easy" is about striving to get out of a difficult situation that someone may feel is impossible, in hopes it may give individuals some support when they may have none. While "Nice Night" is a happy fast paced Blues song sure to get any show started.

             Nicholas has been performing across Iowa since 2013 and over the last couple years has been sharing his music across the country touching base in cities like Nashville, New Orleans, Chicago, Jacksonville and Charleston. There is also not a venue he wouldn't play at as he has played at bars, festivals, retirement homes, weddings, pumpkin patches and more. 

Nicholas has a wide range of inspirations from old school musicians like Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, Van Morrison, and Paul Simon as well as contemporary musicians such as Ryan Adams, Jeff Tweedy (Wilco), Jack White and Issac Brock (Modest Mouse).
